    Please Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We operate Monday - Friday 9AM - 7pm EST. 

    Turnaround time does not begin until all necessary information + payment is received. 

    Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project.

     

  • Due to the nature of the services offered Mallory Media Group does not provide refunds. There are absolutely No Refunds once first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued if agreed upon.
