Payments

Payments can be done through the website or via invoice. All invoices will be sent once the client and Mallory Media Group both agree on the specific pricing for the project. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or the invoice will be canceled until the client is ready to continue service. All projects over $500 require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to begin the design process and anything under $500 shall be paid in full by the client. 50% final payment is due when the initial design is completed and prior to any finalization. For further completion or transfers, the remaining balance must be paid in full. Payments accepted include any listed on our checkout. No project shall be started on without proper payment being received from the client to Mallory Media Group.

Refund Policy

All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Please understand that under no circumstances can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. No refunds or exchanges are given for any promotional sale prices and all sale invoices must be paid in full. If for any reason the client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client.

 

Client Communication

All communication with Mallory Media Group shall be done strictly via email. It is important to protect our brand and you, the client, by having written documentation at all times to ensure both parties are still in agreement and there are no misunderstandings. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, if for any reason you have no response within that time frame please resend your email.

 

If for any reason, the client does now communicate with our design team after 3 months, all services are deemed incomplete and service is no longer available. Payment is forfeited, no expectations.

 

Service Agreement

Agreement between the User and mallorymediagroup.com, Welcome to mallorymediagroup.com. With the completion of all invoices and project agreements, you hereto agree to all terms listed in our policies. The mallorymediagroup.com website (the “Site”) is composed of various web pages operated by Mallory Media Group. Mallorymediagroup.com is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of mallorymediagroup.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
